With the retirement of a long-serving admissions director, Eagle Hill School seeks a leader within a restructured admissions office that will sustain a successful program and carry its mission into the future. The successful candidate will have experience in a leadership role in admissions, expertise in working with students with learning differences and a deep understanding of and commitment to helping families through the challenges of finding the right school for their child.
Candidates should be passionate in sharing the mission of the school, and comfortable analyzing psycho-educational testing reports, speaking to groups, representing the school at various fairs and conferences and working with individual families.
In addition, the position requires an outstanding collaborator with a collegial, inclusive approach who can team effectively with the academic leaders and teachers, and the marketing, development and business staff. The position also requires the flexibility to work effectively with a variety of students, teachers, parents and professionals.
Eagle Hill students are bright students with language-based learning differences, ADHD and/or executive function challenges. The school’s carefully formulated research-based curriculum helps students in reading, writing and math, as well as organizing, planning and effective self-advocacy.
