George School, a Quaker boarding/day grades 9-12 college preparatory school located in Newtown, Bucks County, PA has an opening for a Visit Center Manager. This is a 10-month position.
The Visit Center Manager is a member of the team that designs and executes the admission and enrollment processes at George School. This position is responsible for ensuring prospective families experience a high standard of care and excellence as they visit campus or contact the office throughout the enrollment process. The Visit Center Manager oversees the daily visit and tour ambassador schedule, admission phone line, and provides operational and administrative support to the admission office. The Visit Center Manager also partners with admission staff to oversee the tour ambassador and parent ambassador programs.
Minimum of an Associate’s Degree preferred
Customer Service experience required
Excellent interpersonal and telephone skills
Able to sustain focus and multi-task in a complex, public environment
Commitment to the traditions and philosophy of a Quaker educational community and a working style consistent with Quaker values
Comfortable working with diverse and international student and adult populations
Able to maintain confidentiality
Strong keyboarding skills; proficiency with PC/ Windows (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and database functionality
