Randolph School, a dynamic K-12 independent school in the Tennessee Valley, seeks an Admission Office Associate to support the work of helping students “become lifelong thinkers, creative problem solvers, and fearless leaders as they learn to embrace their full potential, prepare for a purposeful future and create epic possibilities for success.” This position is a full-time, 11-month role and will be primarily located on Randolph’s K-8 campus, where the administration team is centrally located.
The Admission Office Associate will manage the entry of prospective, new, and current student information; handle informational inquiries from potential families, help families work through the admission process, and conduct school tours as needed.
The Admission Office Associate supports major Admission events. He/she will coordinate student visit days by communicating and scheduling with faculty, staff, and division heads; acquire parent liability signatures and medical releases, and follow-up with Randolph faculty for feedback. The Associate will also coordinate division head interviews with candidates in grades 5-12 and division head observation of candidates in grades K-3.
He/she will assist the Director of Admission and Enrollment Management in reviewing current admission materials for accuracy and maintain the common admission spaces in order to provide a welcome and informative experience for guests.
This role is part of the Office of Institutional Advancement which supports development, alumni, parents, marketing and communications. All members of the Advancement team support advancement events as needed, including the Randolph Community Network and new family programs.
