The Buckley School, an all-boys K-9 school, located on the Upper East Side of Manhattan, has a possible opening for a French teacher for grades 7 through 9 for a maternity leave replacement for the fall of 2020. Additional duties include study hall, lunch and similar coverages. The ideal candidate will have experience teaching French and a master’s degree in French or modern language education.  We seek a team player who will collaborate with our language faculty to offer an exciting French course. An ability to conduct classes in the target language is very desirable. Similarly, strong educational technology skills are necessary, as The Buckley School will be in a hybrid learning structure for 2020-2021, with classes taught simultaneously in-person and online.
