Key responsibilities include: Developing and implementing strategies for the annual fund, capital campaigns, and planned giving Developing and implementing communications and events to engage alumni Developing and implementing communications and events to engage parents Working with the Advancement team to create and implement a communications plan including print, web, and social media tools to market the School and reach prospective students, current parents, alumni and other important audiences Overseeing the school website and social media accounts Overseeing production of the annual alumni magazine Requirements: Five or more years experience in advancement or related field is preferred Minimum of a Bachelor's degree Other Qualifications: Proven ability to meet and exceed ambitious fundraising and enrollment goals Knowledge of web and social media platforms Excellent administrative and organizational skills Outstanding written and oral communication skills Ability to work independently and as a member of a team Ability to effectively manage a demanding workload including multiple projects and competing priorities Ability to think creatively and strategically Strong computer skills A sense of humor A passion for the education of young people For immediate consideration candidates should send cover letter, resume, and three letters of reference to Charlie Britton, Interim Head of School (charlie@santbani.org) and include ‘Director of Advancement' in the subject line.
