Lower School Classroom Support Beginning in January, 2021 Westtown School is seeking qualified candidates for Lower School classroom support positions for the 2020-2021 school year. Responsibilities may include; supporting teachers with small group instruction and classroom projects, relieving classroom teachers when needed, assisting with arrival and dismissal duties, overseeing lunch and supervising outdoor recess. Qualified candidates must be flexible to the various emerging needs of the school and have the ability to work collaboratively with colleagues across grade levels. Candidates with prior teaching experience may also serve in a substitute teaching role as needed. Westtown School is an independent, co-educational, pre-K to 12, college preparatory day and boarding school located in suburban West Chester, PA, approximately 30 miles from Philadelphia.
