Position Title: Communications Associate Position Purpose: To support the Communications team in all areas of work including: School information and content management systems, digital media (i.e. photography and video), internal communications such as school calendar and campus signage, external marketing such as support managing Admissions and Development digital and print collateral; management/reporting out digital data and analytics (website, social media, email, etc.); administrative functions of the Communications Office. Responsibilities - Assist with website content updates, graphic design, photography, social media, and video in cooperation with the Associate Director of Communication
- Manage School’s public calendar in coordination with Athletics, Arts and Events calendar
- Handle all print requests (infographics, posters, stationery, signage, etc.), working with staff and vendors to ensure all materials are in line with brand management standards
- Execute the School’s regular newsletters including curating, laying out and distributing (Sunday Skim, Holton Highlights, Alumnae eNews, Admissions Monthly, etc.)
- Manage internal communications resources, including maintaining accurate information and organizing data, lists, and assets (such as photos, graphics, flyers, invitations, etc.) so they are current and easily accessible to our community in the Parent and Faculty portal (as applicable), Finalsite lists/messages/resources;
- Manage design projects with the Communications Director including Divisional Planners, marketing materials for Admissions and Development projects;
- Assist with marketing efforts, including the updating of Holton information on Google as well as on ancillary websites such as Niche, Great Schools, Private School Review, and Wikipedia in cooperation with the Director of Communications
- Manage and report out team data and analytics to ensure data-driven decision-making.
- Provide technical assistance to Yearbook club advisor
- Complete other duties as assigned by supervisor or by Head of School
