Required Qualifications: - Bachelor’s degree
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant independent school work experience, preferably in admissions
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; strong interpersonal, analytical, and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a high-performing team
- Ability to exchange accurate information in a professional manner with parents, students,faculty, staff, and other professionals;
- Attention to detail, with the capacity to effectively and efficiently prioritize and manage numerous small and large tasks simultaneously
- Ability to manage and interpret admission data
- Proficiency in basic data management systems, computer applications, and/or willingness to learn applications as required
- Willingness and ability to travel and work nights and weekends, as needed
- Appreciation of and commitment to the ideals of a Marvelwood School education
- Commitment to diversity in the school and in the workplace
- Genuine appreciation for adolescents and young adults
Desirable Qualifications: - Has established contacts with domestic and international Educational Consultants and feeder schools and programs
- Management experience
- Financial Aid experience
- Significant role in successful prior initiatives involving increasing enrollment/retention and/or identifying and developing new admission prospects/markets.
