Elementary School Teaching Fellows (Grades 1 – 6)– Paid Fellowship

The Learning Project Elementary School is located in Boston’s Back Bay and is an independent, co-ed, urban day school for grades K -6.  We have high expectations for conduct, character and academic performance and maintain a strong commitment to enrolling a diverse community of students and families.

We are looking for teaching fellows who are interested in furthering their careers as educators.  This is an opportunity to work one-on-one with an experienced Head Teacher who will help train you directly in the classroom to be a strong, well-rounded teacher.  We also have a Teaching Fellow Supervisor who provides weekly seminars to further your professional development. This position also entails some after school, and occasional weekend responsibilities.  Enjoy learning more about the teaching profession in a tight-knit community of dedicated teachers and staff members in a school with a 45-year track record of excellence in the heart of Boston.
