River Oaks Baptist School is seeking a dynamic and innovative educator to join our team as a lower school instructional coach for grades 3 - 4 beginning July/August 2021. This role encompasses coaching teachers; managing curriculum and instruction across all content areas; assessing data; and coordinating budgets, supplies, and schedules. All lower school faculty are supported by an experienced divisional team devoted to developing both students and faculty, including a counselor, a learning specialist, a reading specialist, an assistant division head, and a division head. This position reports to the Lower School Division Head.
