Position Description: Equal parts relational and operational, the Upper School Registrar role is a critical logistics, support, planning, and counseling role. The registrar works closely with teachers, students, and the administrative team to oversee or contribute to nearly every aspect of school life. Primarily responsible for creating the master student schedule; maintaining all student academic records; and supporting the faculty and staff with all areas of our Learning Management System (LMS), the Registrar is a creative problem solver and helper. Additionally, the Registrar supports the tracking of attendance, prepares transcripts, certifies fulfillment of graduation requirements, manages course listings and registration, and helps to organize the weekly and monthly schedule. The ideal candidate will balance technical acuity with patience, kindness, and discretion. Key Teammates: Director of Curriculum and Instruction, Assistant Head of Upper School, Director of College Counseling, Dean for Students, Associate Dean for Students, Director of Upper School Admissions, Department Chairs, Athletics Director. Essential Contributions: - Oversees all facets of scheduling the Upper School
- Oversees all grades, report cards, and transcript documentation
- Oversees textbook ordering process and communication
- Contributes to calendar committee
- Informs, supports, and communicates with students, parents, and faculty on all matters of scheduling, course selection, and LMS
