Perkiomen School seeks a Lacrosse Program Director who will: - Build a national level lacrosse program at a dynamic, forward-thinking prep school that is able to compete at a high level while also embodying Perkiomen’s spirit of sportsmanship, integrity, dignity, respect in competition and excellence in the classroom.
- Oversee the boys’ and girls’ lacrosse programs at all levels (Varsity, JV, and MS) – this includes year-round training program for athletes with an emphasis on skill development and strength and conditioning, creating a national level schedule, organizing camps and clinics, etc.
- Coach the boys’ varsity program.
- Recruit high character individuals to Perkiomen School that are mission appropriate student-athletes
- Become involved in some capacity with a high-level club program in the area to maintain and nurture recruiting ties to build a network.
- Develop a summer program or summer opportunities.
- Assist in the placement of student-athletes to top colleges and universities that are the right fit.
- Depending on the candidate’s strengths, the expectations would include working in admissions and/or teaching.
