Mount Saint Mary Academy seeks a highly motivated, highly organized, detail-oriented assistant to the head of school.  This position is a 12-month position.  Candidates should possess excellent writing and proofreading skills, professional phone skills, and the ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing. He/she must be able to multi-task, handle interruptions, balance a multitude of scheduling details, and be available as needed after hours for sending important communications. Superior judgment and confidentiality are necessary. Excellent use of Microsoft Word, Excel, Teams, Power Point, Office Tracker, and other computer programs is desired, as are previous experience and outstanding references.
