This full time, on campus position, will support our students in grades 6-12 in their personal and social-emotional growth. Reporting to the Middle and High school Directors, the Dean is a visible presence throughout the upper school providing support and building relationships with students, faculty and families. The Dean works collaboratively with faculty on issues related to student support, conduct and accountability. Balancing work as student advocate with responsibility for managing student conduct, the Dean of students plays a key role in growing and maintaining a healthy, positive school climate and culture.
