This person will work in collaboration with faculty to identify specific academic needs of students as well as strategies to promote academic growth for students. Preference will be given to those who are culturally responsive, demonstrate an understanding of diverse teaching methods, and apply those methods to individual students. This person will need to partner with the Administrative team to develop an effective learning support framework which promotes successful academic outcomes for all students. This person will also play a role in ensuring the library’s academic and technology resources complement, enhance and extend the school’s education program.
