The Director of Advancement should have the following attributes. 

• 3-5 years minimum experience in development or advancement activities
• Commitment to and ability to communicate a passion for Catholic education
• Demonstrated leadership and effectiveness in developing and accomplishing organizational goals
• Ability to build a team and to effectively recruit and manage volunteers
• Superior communications skills, ability to conceptualize and execute strategic plan, the ability to interact confidently and effectively
• Expertise in Microsoft Office, Google, and advancement software
• Experience in Catholic, private or non-profit environment preferred
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field strongly preferred
