Qualifications and Skills:

• 3+ years experience as a Spanish instructor preferred. 
• Bachelor’s degree in Spanish or related field; Master’s degree preferred  
• Experience teaching with a communicative approach based on the tenets of the Natural Approach and the theory of Comprehensible input (such as TPRS) preferred.  
• Experience with Free Voluntary Reading programs preferred. 
• Ability and experience teaching multiple levels, preferred
• Proficiency in educational technology and twenty-first-century pedagogy 
• Commitment to participate broadly and cheerfully in the life of the school 
• Possess a growth mindset 
• Collaborate effectively with teachers.  
• Communicate effectively with students, parents, and colleagues.
