We are seeking a self-motivated, passionate individual to join our People Development team as a Training and Development Coordinator supporting our staff learning and development.

Mission: The Training & Development Coordinator will own the operational and functional training initiatives of the Employee Lifecycle. This person will contribute to the design of training programs and execute content development to orient and train new and promoted staff. This role is responsible for partnering with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) throughout the organization to design high-quality, impactful training using instructional design methodology and eLearning development. This role will be responsible for the content development process and output of eLearning courses. The Training & Development Coordinator will also manage the Learning Management System (LMS), Fusion University and maintain the Knowledge Base, Fusionology.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and execute orientation and training for employees
  • Partner with departments and field to assess and prioritize training needs
  • Develop training content in the form of videos, graphics, etc.
  • Manage content throughput for eLearning course development
  • Manage the Learning Management System; system administrator, user support, & super-user
  • Maintain the Knowledge Base; creating and organizing pages and making requested updates
  • Provide stakeholders with associated KPIs and data related to system usage and training process compliance
  • Communicate cross-departmentally and coordinate support teams with their updates and contributions to the bigger projects that we are leading – LMS system, Internal Bench Leadership Pipeline, and SOP user experience design and development are current examples
  • Participate in projects to create efficiencies within the department and organization
  • Ability and desire to take on other assignments as needed

Required: Bachelor's degree 

Preferred: At least three years of instructional design, corporate learning management systems and/or eLearning development experience

Competencies (Job-related): Instructional Design knowledge, eLearning software (Articulate), video editing software, tech-savvy, communication skills, project management, influential, detail-oriented, prudent.
