Ideally the candidate would have at least three years of organic farming experience and have past teaching experience with adolescents and be able to strike the appropriate balance in running the farm both as a substantial source of Midland’s produce and as an integral part of our educational program. Primary Duties & Responsibilities Manage & work on our 10-acre organic farm, including supervision of farm labor year-round (student, volunteer, and paid) Teach 1-2 classes in 1-2 sections (subject TBD - agriculture class or farm internship) Coach 2-3 seasons of Sports/Activities (Farm Sport) Advising students & supervision duties Vigorous participation as a faculty & community member How to Apply This position is open until filled with an expected start date in June 2021 or earlier.
