General Office:
In this support role to the COO, responsibilities may include:
- Assist Development, Information Services, or Operations with database management and data analysis
- Perform strategic analysis as required
- Manage the needs of the Business Office, such as supply ordering, etc
- Manage both internal and external knowledge bases
- Assist with tasks as needed when extra capacity is needed in Development or Operations
- Assist the COO with scheduling or other administrative support as needed
General Duties
- Daily mail collection and distribution within the Business/Development Offices.
- General administrative duties (i.e. answers phone, front door requests, order office supplies, stock kitchen as necessary).
- Other responsibilities and projects as directed by supervisor(s).

Work is generally performed on site, Bernard Zell does not offer a telecommuting option.
