St. Stephen's and St. Agnes is seeking an experienced and full-time Assistant Director for Equity and Diversity with a deep commitment to the work of Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging (DEIB) in Independent Schools to work with and support the Director of Institutional Equity and Diversity. The ideal candidate will have prior experience working in DEIB preferably in a leadership role and will have knowledge of key concepts relating to DEIB and multicultural education. The assistant director will work closely to develop programming with all constituencies of the Saints community including students, faculty, staff, alumnae, and parents. A keen attention to detail and organization is a must as the assistant director will take lead in several areas such as event coordination, resource and professional development organization in addition to being the logistical lead for several events and provide day of support for conferences and workshops. Additional duties will include, but are not limited to, project coordination, research, data analysis, and resource management. Prior experience working with students and senior level administration is preferred. The start date for this position is July 1, 2021.
