Chemistry Teacher Columbia Grammar & Preparatory School seeks a full-time Chemistry teacher to teach Chemistry and a Forensic Science elective course. Responsibilities - Teach sections of Chemistry (10th grade level) and Forensic Science (10th-12th grades).
- Run engaging and well managed lab activities.
- Manage the inventory of chemical substances and laboratory equipment.
- Provide meaningful, individualized feedback and support to students.
- Work closely with colleagues, the department head, and prep school administration to support the academic, social, and emotional well being of all students.
Work Hours - 7:30am-3:30pm Monday through Friday
- Weekly faculty and department meetings until 4:30pm
- Start date: August, 2021
