High School Science Teacher
New York Military Academy seeks full-time, experienced Upper School Science teacher for permanent position for immediate hire to begin teaching in the Fall of 2021. A successful candidate will have a four-year degree (Master’s preferred) in a relevant science and have teaching experience. The Science teacher is expected to be able to offer classroom instruction at multiple levels.   All NYMA teachers will be expected to develop curriculum and assessments for their courses in consultation with other teachers in their department and the academic dean. The course curriculum, any related materials, and assessments are expected to be readily available for review by the academic dean upon request. Teachers will be expected to keep an updated assignment site for each of their courses. O
