Crane Country Day School is hiring a full-time Fifth Grade Teacher. Contract to begin July 1, 2022. First day of school is September 6, 2022.
Education and Experience:
- Minimum three years experience as a lead teacher
- Bachelor’s in related field required
- Multiple Subject Teaching Credential OR Master’s degree preferred
Successful candidates will possess the following attributes:

- Ability to maintain confidentiality
- Expertise in grade-level developmental milestones
- Ability to communicate effectively in person, in writing, and during weekly gatherings that include students, faculty, and parents
- Willingness to honor school culture and history while being innovative in instruction
- Commitment to experiential education that is child-centered and speaks to students' passions
- Love of children
