Payroll & Human Resources Generalist and Bookkeeper
REPORTS TO: Business Manager  FLSA: Exempt POSITION SUMMARY: Implement all aspects of payroll and Human Resources functions for Staten Island Academy including processing bi-monthly payroll, employee relations, benefits administration. Perform all duties demonstrating consistent support of SIA’s mission and values. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: Process bimonthly payroll using ADP platform Manages the school’s time and attendance to process the payroll. Handles SIA Benefits Administration including enrolling employees in the health insurance, vision, dental, short-term disability and long-term disability, flex spending and retirement. Answer general benefits questions from employees. Coordinator of School’s wellness program.
