The Out-of-Door Academy seeks an Associate Director of Upper & Middle School Admissions for the Upper & Middle Schools to join a thriving school during an important period of programmatic development.
Responsibilities
Reporting to the Director of Middle/Upper School Admissions, the Associate Director of Upper & Middle School Admissions will be responsible for the following:

Manage prospective family phone calls, emails and inquiries.

Schedule and execute tours, testing and campus visits.

Maintain admissions database and online applicant files, including processing, updating and data entry.

Support the creation and distribution of new enrollment and re-enrollment agreements.

Maintain inventory of admissions marketing materials and preparing information packets and direct mail publications.

Oversee and coordinate parent and student volunteers who support the Upper and Middle School admission process.

Assist with admission event coordination and represent the school at assigned programs.

Provide administrative support to the Director of Upper & Middle School Admissions.

Provide coverage at the front desk as determined by the Director of Upper & Middle School Admissions.

Qualifications
Experience, Skills & Knowledge

Bachelor’s Degree required.

A minimum of five (5) years of independent school experience required.

Experience with Blackbaud Enrollment Management and Blackbaud Tuition Management software preferred.

Ability to perform tours and administer prospective student testing is required.

Keen attention to detail and the ability to maintain discretion with respect to confidential information is essential.

Available for some evening and weekend work. A flexible schedule and attitude are required in order to meet admissions office priorities and deadlines.

A self-directed individual who is solution oriented, flexible and works well with teams and individuals while maintaining a professional and positive attitude at all times.

Must possess strong communication and organizational skills.

Proficient with technology including Word, Excel and the Google drive platform.

Compensation and Benefits
This is a 12-month full-time exempt position beginning in July 2022. Compensation is highly competitive and commensurate with experience and includes a comprehensive benefits package.
