Bement is seeking a part-time Latin teacher to teach an introductory curriculum to fifth and sixth grade students.
Desired qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Latin and/or education
- Strong ability to work with upper elementary/middle school students
- Flexibility, sense of humor, patience
- Experience in classroom management
- Comfortable using technology to enhance language learning and cultural exploration
- Ability to be flexible, work independently as well as part of a team, strong interpersonal skills, familiarization with EMR, excellent time management skills, superb written and oral communication skills, and a keen attention to detail.
