Trinity Hall uses Monmouth County as its athletics facility, relying on varied community partnerships to serve its students in Monmouth, Middlesex, and Ocean counties. Trinity Hall Athletics program boasts 17 sports across three seasons.
The Athletics Administrative Coordinator supports the effective operation of Trinity Hall’s athletics program, working with a team including the Athletic Director and Athletic Trainer in service to students, coaches, and families. In this new role, the Athletics Administrative Coordinator often will be the first point of school contact for all questions regarding athletics at Trinity Hall. The Coordinator works with internal and external constituencies to keep Trinity’s vibrant athletic program running smoothly. The Administrative Coordinator is fluent in the daily operations of the school’s athletics program and responds to questions or redirects questions. S/he helps plan and execute a variety of experiences and events to promote student-athletes -- and is organizationally at the center of the athletics program. The athletics administrative coordinator reports to the Athletics Director.
List of Responsibilities:
- Support the Athletic Director in the effective management and execution of Trinity Hall’s athletics program
- Respond to queries from internal and external parties regarding Trinity Hall Athletics
- Maintain accurate records for athletics (e.g., team rosters, attendance, equipment purchases and expenses, athletics inventory, coaches’ certifications, transportation, field requests)
- Ensure timely updates to digital platforms / social media to share information about practices, games, important athletic updates
- Coordinate all transportation associated with the athletics program, to include scheduling, communicating schedules, managing internal and external requests for bus drivers
- Work with Business Office to support assessment of athletics fees for each student-athlete seasonally
- Represent Trinity Hall to prospective families and guests of the school during informal visits and formal events (e.g., Open House, Accepted Students Day, campus visits, etc.)
- Ensure smooth athletics operations through presence at weekly facilities planning meetings and effective communication across the school.
- Act as site coordinator at athletic home competitions, overseeing game day operations
Successful candidates should have:
- Associates or Bachelors degree
- Exceptional technological fluency (e.g., MS Word, Excel, and Google applications) and previous experience supporting data management
- Outstanding organizational and task management skills, patience, superb interpersonal skills, and the ability to communicate clearly, professionally, and proactively in person and over the phone
- Flexibility, good humor, a love of sports, and respect for teenage girls and their needs as student athletes
- Willingness to work closely with colleagues and students in a dynamic, collaborative setting
