The Langley School, a PS-8 independent school in McLean, Virginia, seeks an experienced Director of Admission and Financial Aid to join us beginning in July, 2022.

The Director of Admission and Financial Aid partners closely with the Head of School, the Director of Marketing and Communications, the Director of Advancement, and the Senior Leadership Team and supervises members of the Admissions Team in order to design and implement a highly personal, engaging, equitable admissions and financial aid process focused on recruitment, connection, access, academic excellence, and retention.
Requirements:
- Minimum three years experience in PS-12 admissions, leadership preferred ? Proven success in a customer-service oriented admissions setting working with diverse populations
- Understanding of current tools and practices in admissions coupled with interest in refreshing and innovating over time
- Experience and confidence with online admissions platforms
- Strong research, data management, and analytical capabilities
- Experience with financial aid and tuition remission
- Ability to be both strategic and tactical
- Superior written and verbal communication skills
- Highly personable, communicative, supportive, collaborative management style To Apply:
