University School seeks an Assistant to the Director of Admission/Financial Aid (Jr.K-12) beginning July 1, 2022.
The Assistant to the Director of Admission and Financial Aid collaborates closely with the Director of Admission/Financial Aid (Jr.K-12) to ensure the admission and financial aid processes runs smoothly. The Assistant will be the first point of contact for prospective families (grades 9-12) and will provide support throughout all parts of the application process. A critical success factor in this position will involve building rapport on the phone, in-person, and through email with all interested families.
The assistant will oversee all administrative aspects of the admission process for grades 9-12, assist in the financial aid process, and plan and coordinate admission events. Click HERE for a complete job description.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum two years of experience in admissions or admissions-related activities, excellent skills in database management or similar skill-base, ability to analyze data, and a detail-oriented approach to work with outstanding organizational skills.
