Léman Manhattan Preparatory School is seeking a full-time Middle School Science Teacher for the 2022-2023 School Year.
The ideal candidate will have a strong content knowledge and ability to teach across a number of areas at the introductory level including Life Sciences, Physical Science, Astronomy, and Chemistry. The candidate should have a passion for teaching Middle School students, and the tools to develop knowledge and skills in students effectively. As a school we seek to find an individual who is committed to promoting diversity, equity and inclusion. Should have an undergraduate degree or masters in a related field of Science.
Responsibilities: teach 5 classes, advise an advisory, keep accurate grades using Standard Based Grading. Communicate with students and families with feedback and progress on academic learning throughout the year.
