Trinity School, a co-educational, K-12 institution located on the Upper West of Manhattan, seeks an Upper School Chemistry and Environmental Science Teacher for a .75 time position teaching students in grades 9-12 beginning September 2022.

Candidates should have at least a Bachelor’s degree in chemistry, science education, or environmental science and high school teaching experience in both chemistry and environmental science.  Understanding and experience with laboratory-based, student-centered instruction are essential.   The position will involve teaching 10th grade chemistry and electives in environmental science in a physics first curriculum with an additional possibility of teaching advanced chemistry or other science electives.  In future years, it is possible that the position will include leading a group of upper school students in Trinity’s advisory program.
