The Executive Assistant to the Head of School advances and enhances the organization by...
- Serving as a welcoming and effective representative of a senior leader’s office, acting as a critical conduit of information between the Head of School and trustees, faculty and staff, students, parents, and Trustees
- Supporting the Head of School in all professional areas and serving as a thought partner in identifying and handling the details needed to support the smooth operation of the school
- Manage the Head of School’s calendar by prioritizing an active, dynamic schedule of appointments with good judgment and discretion
- Coordinating and editing communications and other documents that come out of the Head of School’s office, such as blogs, speeches, and other presentations
- Manage the planning and organization of the annual school calendar on behalf of the Head of School office
- Serve as the key liaison for school events that originate in the Head of School’s office as well as the point person for faculty/staff appreciation events and activities
- Ensuring expenses and budgets from the Head of School’s office are tracked and submitted properly

Preferred Experience:
- Associate’s or bachelor’s degree is preferred
- Prior experience as an administrative assistant to a high-level executive is preferred
- Experience working in a school environment is a plus
- Strong command of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook), Google workspace, and Zoom, as well as interest in and ability to learn new technology platforms and systems
