St. Anne's School of Annapolis, an AIMS accredited, co-educational school, is seeking a Middle School Music Teacher for 2022-2023 academic year. This position includes teaching middle school music (grades 5-8), including chorus and band.

Qualified candidates will possess a Bachelor’s degree, preferably in music, and have experience as an elementary or middle school music teacher. The candidate will be responsible for teaching music to students in grades five through eight, leading middle school chorus, co-planning chapel music, and preparing students for Christmas and spring musical programs. In addition, the candidate will lead the production of the yearly middle school musical. 

The candidate must be able to play piano and sing and should be familiar with instrumentation and creating engaging lesson plans. The candidate must be willing to embrace the St. Anne’s School mission and educational philosophy and work closely and collaboratively with colleagues and administrators to ensure each child’s success  

This position can be either part-time or full-time.
