Tallulah Falls School seeks two eclectic and enthusiastic Dormitory Advisors with a desire to confidently influence middle school and high school youth. One position will serve in the female dormitory and one will serve in the male dormitory. Each position requires shifts every weekend and two weekdays (3 p.m.-8 a.m.). TFS has, at a minimum, a break every six weeks.
TFS is a unique and growing day and boarding school that has been educating students in the scenic Northeast Georgia mountains for more than 100 years. Our 500 acres, proximity to the great outdoors and 1.5-hour distance from the Atlanta area allow for a multitude of educational, recreational, cultural and sporting opportunities. Those fortunate enough to influence young lives here also receive a generous benefits package. Compensation for this entry-level residential life position, depending upon qualifications and experience, ranges from $32,000 to $36,000 plus access to many free fun activities.

QUALIFICATIONS

Enjoying leading youth through the highs and lows of teen development is a must! Prior experience as a residential assistant in a university setting and/or summer camp counselor experience is valuable. The candidate must possess a Bachelor's degree as a minimum educational requirement. A candidate that possesses a current lifeguard certification or who is willing to obtain a lifeguard certification is preferred.
