Work Schedule: Monday - Thursday 9am - 5pm, Friday 9am - 3pm
Weekends and evenings as necessary
Job Overview: Database Manager is responsible for ensuring high standards of quality, consistency, and accuracy across all development records.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the operation, maintenance, integrity and accuracy of the database and ensure best practices in all related processes.
- Ensure the accuracy of biographical data for all constituents.
- Processing all gifts received; ensuring data is entered consistently, accurately, and in accordance with IRS guidelines.
- Maintaining and updating records for the admissions office, including coordinating communication with families and updating admissions records.
- Accurately and efficiently producing gift receipts and acknowledgements
- Provides lists and information for school mailings, email communications, school publications, and the website including detailed list for producing the annual report.

- Familiar with technology such as Raiser’s Edge, Blackbaud, Microsoft Office, etc
- Previous experience in an independent school is a plus
- Desire and ability to learn quickly
- Meticulous and highly detail oriented
