Saint David’s School seeks qualified candidate for the position of Administrative Assistant.
Successful candidates will have strong organizational and time management skills; excellent oral and written communication; experience working in a supportive role, preferably in elementary education; a Bachelor’s Degree in a related field; good judgment, patience, and flexibility; and a commitment to the mission of Saint David’s School.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Managing the Head of Lower School’s schedule and anticipating upcoming events;
- Preparing Lower School communications to be shared with community via Elemento;
- Coordinating schedules and sign-up process for parent-teacher conferences via Veracross;
- Communicating with faculty, staff, and parents;
- Supporting Lower School events (e.g., greeting parents, printing programs);
- Assisting in projects as needed in the Head of Lower School’s Office;
- Coordinating Lower School candidate visits with the Admissions office;
- Coordinating student bus service for families and school trips.
- Assisting with Arrivals and Dismissals as needed.
This position requires a solid knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint and G Suite.
Knowledge of and experience with various educational platforms such as Veracross, Elemento, and Zoom a plus.
