Summary:
The Enrollment Management Associate must have the ability to communicate effectively with school representatives, parents, students, and representatives from the business community. A strong candidate will have the ability to manage multiple functions and will be well organized.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Receive messages for Enrollment Management Department
- Schedule tours and events for Enrollment Management Department
- Schedule applicant interviews and family visits
- Collect, input, and produce reports on Enrollment Management data in Veracross and Excel
- Work in Veracross to maintain the applicant’s electronic file
- Communicate with applicant families about the admissions process throughout the year
- Interact with Duchesne students, faculty, and administration
- Assist in greeting guests on campus and taking tours when necessary
- Attend meetings on behalf of the Enrollment Management team
- Attend calendar meetings & update calendars for parents and the school community as needed
- Plan and execute admissions marketing and school outreach events on and off campus
- Assist in student ambassador meetings
Minimum Education/Prior Experience/Qualifications Required
In the performance of his/her duties, Employee shall be guided by the Goals and Criteria of the Sacred Heart and the Catholic Faith. Candidates must also possess:
- A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree is required
- Experience with Veracross Student Information System a plus
- Experience in schools or in school-related programs is preferred
- Must be proficient with the use of technology
- Attention to detail, deadlines, and commitments
- Ability to handle confidential and sensitive matters with the greatest discretion
- A willingness to work occasional nights and weekends when dictated by timelines and events
- Proficiency in MS Office 365 applications; experience with data systems
- Successful completion of criminal offender record information and sexual offender registry information checks
- Current Safe Environment training
- Current CPR certification
