Bullis School seeks a part-time Athletic Trainer to contribute to our vibrant learning community. The Athletic Trainer is responsible for the prevention, recognition, care, and rehabilitation of athletic injuries. This position will coordinate efforts with team and family physicians to provide therapeutic rehabilitation to expedite the athletes safe return to athletic participation. Physical Requirements
- Must be able to carry, pull, push, and lift equipment necessary for care
- Must be able to work in a variety of weather conditions
- Ability to regularly sit and/or stand for long periods
- Ability to lift to 25 lbs., with or without reasonable accommodations
Required Education and Experience:
- Masters degree in Sports Medicine/Athletic Training
- NATA/BOC certified
- Licensed by the Maryland Board of Physicians or ability to obtain licensure prior to start of position
- CPR and AED certifications
