Summary
Nashoba Brooks School seeks candidates for the position of Project Manager: Campus Planning and Strategic Initiatives for the 2022-2023 academic year. This position reports to the head of school and is responsible for managing the implementation of key strategic initiatives. The position is a 60% FTE with daily hours TBD in conjunction with the head of school. The successful candidate will possess the desire to work in a dynamic, student-centered school committed to continuous learning and excellence in 21st century education. Responsibilities
General
- Manage the implementation of strategic initiatives and priorities identified to execute the School’s commitment to inspired education through Innovation, Inclusivity, and Impact.
- Communicate effectively the School’s strategic directions, mission, philosophy, program, and core values.
- Coordinate schoolwide calendar tracking key events on campus.
Facilities Rentals & Management
- Oversee the planning, coordinating, and management of rental partnerships.
- Serve as a liaison between renters and Nashoba Brooks employees to ensure appropriate facilities use, supervision, and communication.
- Work closely with the director of finance and operations to manage the program rentals budget and meet revenue targets.
- Maintain accurate documentation of prospective rentals, active renters, and relationships.
- Coordinate summer concert series including outreach, bookings, ticket sales, vendors, sponsors, marketing, etc.
- Manage relationships with community partners and long-term rentals such as summer programs, summer concert series, etc.
- Coordinate with internal and external maintenance teams to ensure staffing for daily operations and events.
- Research and identify key contacts for cultivation as prospective partners.
- Manage project plans for annual facilities maintenance cycle.
- Coordinate with internal and external facilities management teams to ensure efficient and effective daily facilities operations and maintenance.
- Manage ticket system software for prioritizing and managing project requests.
New initiatives
- Research and develop project plans for strategic initiatives identified by the head of school.
- Coordinate preparations for strategic visioning process including calendar, consultant outreach, etc.
