We require a BS/BA, with an MA or MAT preferred, and five or more years of experience in Middle School education. Successful candidates have a passion for working with Middle School students and an understanding of differentiated instruction, personalized learning, and trauma-informed practices. Strong interpersonal skills, flexibility, the ability and desire to work collaboratively, and dedication to continuously developing and practicing cultural competence in one’s teaching are also essential. Serving as an advisor and an interest in coaching any extracurricular activities or sports is also a plus.
