Associate Director of Admissions and Enrollment Management
St. Anne’s Episcopal School, a co-educational independent day school for children age 3 through eighth grade in Denver, Colorado. Job Description: Oversees the admissions, retention, and re-enrollment process for families applying to preschool through eighth grade. This 11-month position (August-June) begins September 1, 2022. The Associate Director of Enrollment Management reports to the Assistant Head of School.
Duties:
- Manage all aspects of the admissions process for applicants to preschool through eighth grade
- Guide prospective families through the admissions process from inquiry to enrollment
- Oversee re-enrollment process for current families
- Oversee student retention efforts across the school
- Partner with Director of Communications and Marketing to expand applicant pool.
- Compile enrollment data; report to the administration and the Board of Trustees
- Lead tours and conduct interviews for prospective families (virtually and in person)
- Plan and facilitate admissions events, including Parent Previews and New Parent Reception
- Schedule visits for prospective students
- Review applications and oversee review committees
- Visit local preschools and attend school information events
- Work with Division Heads to onboard new students and families.
- Support the retention efforts of current students, partnering with the Division Heads, Assistant Head of School, and Advisors to ensure the retention of mission-aligned families.
- In collaboration with the CFO, Assistant Head of School, and Head of School, work together to create the financial aid budget, net enrollment goals, and net tuition revenue model.
- Other job-related duties as assigned
The new Associate Director of Admission and Enrollment will have the promotional opportunity to be named Director for the school year 2023-2024 reporting to the Head of School.

Salary range $65,000-$80,000 commensurate with experience. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, retirement, life insurance, and professional development opportunities. Eleven-month position (some nights and weekends), beginning September 2022.
