St. Andrew’s Episcopal School in Potomac, MD seeks a Head of Middle School (grades 6-8) to begin July 2023.

Founded in 1978, St. Andrew’s is a co-educational independent day school, enrolling approximately 700 students in preschool through grade 12. St. Andrew’s next Head of Middle School will be a caring, visionary educator with a true enjoyment of working with early adolescents as well as with their teachers and families. They will be a highly organized leader who communicates clearly and collaborates well. The next Head of the Middle School will be committed to the school’s innovative approach to education, Episcopal identity, supportive culture, and the school’s ongoing work in Diversity, Equity, and Belonging. They will report directly to the Head of School and will serve on the school’s senior administrative team.
