Primary Purpose

Provide students with appropriate learning activities and experiences designed to fulfill their potential for intellectual, emotional, physical, and social growth. 

This is a great opportunity to make professional connections with passionate mentor educators, teach small groups of students in person, and be welcomed into a community of fully vaccinated adults, with many other pandemic precautions in place. 

Qualifications and Experience

Candidates must have a bachelor’s degree and experience teaching and/or working with children.

Major Responsibilities and Duties

Program Planning

• Implement pre-prepared lesson plans 
• Integrate technology to strengthen the teaching/learning process

Classroom Management

• Create classroom environment conducive to learning and appropriate for the physical, social, and emotional development of students

Professional Responsibilities

• Demonstrate behavior that is professional, ethical, responsible, and supportive of Browne Academy’s mission
• Comply with school policies 
• Adhere to the school’s safety and COVID policies and procedures
• Other duties include recess and carline duties as assigned
