Glenelg Country Schools is seeking a part-time minibus driver for the 2022-2023 school year.
Details:

Work Schedule: As needed
Pay Rate: $25/hour and when scheduled, driver is guaranteed a 3-hour minimum.
General Responsibilities: Drive Glenelg’s minibuses to and from various locations in support of Glenelg’s academic, athletic, and extracurricular activities. Perform pre-trip and post-trip safety inspections and submit all required paperwork in a timely manner. Must have a historical safe driving record and provide a professional level of driving that allows students, employees, families, and other motorists to feel safe and comfortable. Since each minibus bears the school’s name and logo, the driver is a representative of the school, and must adhere to all school expectations outlined in the employee handbook at all times.
Work Performed:
- Pre and post trip inspections and clean up
- Drive students and employees to/from school-sponsored events/games
- Create and sustain a safe travel environment for all
Knowledge Required:
- Past experience driving 12+ passenger minibuses
- Past experience transporting students and/or faculty
- CDL preferred but not required
Other:
All applicants will be required to provide the school with 5 years of their driving record from the Motor Vehicle Administration before being considered.
