The Caedmon School seeks an Elementary Fourth Grade Co-teacher for the Spring Semester of 2023 (March through June). He/She will work closely with the other fourth-grade teacher.

Responsibilities:
- Teach lessons in Math, Writing, Reading, and Social Studies
- Plan and work closely with the teacher and Division Director
- Conduct family conferences and write narrative reports
- Attend all faculty meetings
- Meet with the administration about student growth and curriculum

Qualifications:
- A distinct fondness for young children!
- Demonstrate flexibility, adaptability, and thoughtfulness
- A demonstrable dedication to diversity, equity, and inclusion in curriculum planning and work with students and families
- Master's degree preferred, but not required
- 2-3 years teaching experience preferred
- A knowledge of, and respect for, Montessori philosophy is valued but not required
