Evaluate, diagnose, and treat speech, language, communication, and swallowing disorders. Provide training and education to family, caregivers, and other professionals. Provide consultative and collaborative services to teachers, parents, administrators, and allied agencies to integrate speech and language goals into the classroom, other educational programs, the home environment, and the community. Evaluate and report student progress for continuation or termination of services. Refer student to other professionals, agencies and/or administrators when appropriate.
3 years pediatric work experience with all or partial experience in a school setting/environment. Master’s degree in speech language pathology. Licensed in the state of Florida as a Speech Language Pathologist. Certificate of Clinical Competence in accordance with the requirements of the American Speech Language Hearing Association.
