Perimeter School is a kindergarten through eighth grade covenant Christian educational community in north Atlanta that has been partnering with churched families for more than 30 years. Perimeter School is the result of Perimeter Church blending covenant community with excellent education. Perimeter School prepares and propels students to be lifelong learners who impact the kingdom of God in the spheres of business, education, religion, arts/entertainment, family, technology/science, and government.
Perimeter School is the result of Perimeter Church recognizing the need to raise children positioned for success in life. This goal not only demands exceptional academic teachings but also a life-changing Christian experience. Perimeter School calls families into a covenant community where it places an unprecedented emphasis on family involvement.
The school is a collection of teachers, staff, children, families, and parents. Parents are the primary educators of their children, and thus, serve as the main three walls of their children’s well-being. Perimeter School adds the fourth wall of educational and spiritual support to families.

About the Head of School:
Perimeter School is seeking their next Head of School. With oversight and direction from the Perimeter Church's Executive Leadership Team, the Head of School is responsible for the overall management of Perimeter School, including the areas of enrollment, personnel, budget, fundraising, curriculum, pedagogy, athletics, staff development, and shepherding of students and families.?The Head of School is accountable for leading Perimeter School to contribute to the success of Perimeter Church’s vision through education.
The Head of School's Responsibilities Include:
- Promote a culture within the school that reflects the Christian values of Perimeter Church ("who we are" values of love, integrity, faith, and truth as well as "what we do values" of worship, belong, grow, and bless).
- Recruit and hire educational professionals who have a passion for covenant education and demonstrate excellence in their field while valuing the opportunity to disciple students towards becoming kingdom disciples who make kingdom disciples.
- Lead, develop, and care for the Perimeter School Administrative Team, in addition to all faculty and staff.
- Support academic and admissions efforts to maintain healthy enrollment.
- Develop a financial model that supports school health and advancement.
- Foster an environment of student and family diversity ethnically, racially, and socioeconomically.
- Lead, maintain, and protect the covenant aspect of Perimeter School.
- Collaborate effectively with all departments of Perimeter Church.?
- Ensure regulatory and accreditation requirements are met with excellence.
- Lead the School Ministry Team, a council of current school parents, principals, and the Dean of Students and Families.?
- Inspirationally cast vision and inspire others towards embracing that vision.
- Promote the use of technology in education while promoting Christ-centered discipline and stewardship.
- Communicate, both in written and spoken word, to parents, students, faculty and staff with excellence, timeliness, predictability, and creativity.
- Be/become an engaging member of Perimeter Church?.
- Fully support the vision and mission of Perimeter Church, protecting its peace and purity.
