Primary functions: To provide leadership and coordination in the development and implementation of PK-12 educational program in alignment with CAC Mission, philosophy, Strategic Plan, and accreditation recommendations; to work with staff on curriculum development, delivery, and enrichment; coordinate and lead in-service and staff development activities related to teaching and learning; lead Accreditation process, including monitoring and reporting; support implementation and monitoring of CAC’s Strategic Plan.
Director of Teaching & Learning/IBDP Coordinator will work closely and in collaboration with Divisional Principals. Divisional Principals are the educational leaders in their divisions; he/she works to assess curricular alignment PreK-12.
Director of Teaching & Learning/IBDP Coordinator is responsible for the successful management of the IBDP Diploma program. Serve as liaison between administration, IBDP staff, students, parents, and the IBDP and handle all relevant communication with the different offices.
