An Office Assistant is needed to help with the day-to-day operations of camp programs, providing administrative support in an extremely busy office environment. This individual will report to the Summer at KEY Director and work closely with camp staff members, parents/guardians and participants. This position is ideal for someone who is enthusiastic, organized and detail-oriented.

- Basic computer knowledge (familiar with Microsoft Office and Google Docs/Sheets)
- Physical ability to walk, stand and sit for extended times and lift up to 50 lbs.
- Certified or willing to become certified in first aid and CPR
In addition to general administrative tasks, duties include but are not limited to:
- Attend and assist in pre-camp training(s)
- Assist with daily attendance for both camp and aftercare
- Coordinate and organize camp and camper details for each camp on a weekly basis
- Help maintain an organized office environment
- Greet camp families and assist them as needed
- Pick up purchased supplies and run other errands as needed
- Other tasks as required by camp administration
This is a seasonal position from June 12 through August 7. Prior camp and/or office experience is preferred. All Summer at KEY counselors and staff are required to comply with health and safety protocols. Click here for an application.
